The following illustrates the positive effects that employment has had for one of our Logan clients.
Quinton started his working life with BCF in December last year but unfortunately due to budget restrictions was unable to continue with the company. Rethinking what he would like to do Quinton and I quickly started looking for a different career. Quinton has now been working at Hungry Jacks since February and in this time has progressed through the work stations and has become a valued member of the team.
Quinton started with approximately 10 hours per week and is now working 30 hours per week and just recently received Crew Member of the Month. Quinton has become more independent and responsible as a result of his employment and support from his co-workers and managers.
Quinton has done so well, that another one of our job seekers is about to start with the restaurant and will be supported by one of my colleagues. Congratulations Quinton all your hard work and effort has made a difference not only in your life but in the lives of others.
Check out Quinton's photo in our photo gallery!
