Nova Locations: PenrithThe Penrith Office was the first NOVA site and the foundation office on which Nova Employment was built. Due to the success of our work with employers and job seekers in the Penrith LGA we have grown from one small office into eleven strong offices.
Nova Penrith has been operating in the Penrith Local Government area for over 14 years and in this time has helped hundreds of young adults with a disability to find and maintain Award Wage employment. We have watched these young people overcome many barriers to become productive members of the local communities.
The Prime Ministers Employer of the Year Award has been won in 1995 & 1997 by Employers who have worked in Partnership with Nova Employment - Penrith. As many as 5 Employers from this office have been nominated for this prestigious award. All of these employers have one thing in common, they have been willing to give these talented young people a well deserved chance and have benefited from the outcome.
