NOVA Employment Port Macquarie opened its doors for operation on 26th February 2007.
NOVA is funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and is under the direction of NOVA's Management Committee / Board. The office operates to assist people with varied disabilities find and maintain employment in our local area.
2011 is shaping up to be our most successful year for gaining employment for our job seekers with the first quarter of the year having some great outcomes. We are focussed on helping our clients find and keep suitable jobs of their choice.
This year we have created a new role for our Transition Job Coach and have him providing the local high schools with job clubs on a Monday and Tuesday. If your school is not part of this program please contact us to become involved with this free service. This course has been specially designed by our training department to help school leavers prepare for the work force.
