I have a great deal of pride and belief in the philosophy and values of NOVA and foster these at all times. I have a strong belief that a good manager leads from behind their team rather than leading from the front simply removing obstacles. I effectively manage my team by empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive and succeed. My strong knowledge of process, my enthusiasm and my sense of humour has enabled me to build an efficient service where job seekers and workers are guaranteed all they need to achieve their employment outcome.
